The SportsCar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA) featuring Racing America returns to Road America for its season kick-off weekend, showcasing cars from motorsport’s pioneering era through modern racecars. Many of the entries have competed at Le Mans and the Indy 500.
SVRA events offer tightly regulated, wheel-to-wheel racing with groups for all SVRA classes, including Formula 5000, Formula Ford, sports racing, and production sports cars from marques such as Lotus, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, Porsche, and Corvette from the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s.
Racing America adds the Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.), the Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas), and the Ligier Junior Formula Championship (JFC), a stepping stone for young drivers moving from karting to single-seater racing.
