1-3pm Hand out candy Bring any vehicle, new, old or classic. Decorate and hand out cnady to the kids! Prizes for best decorated vehicle Raffles and goodie bags 10% of sales donated to Guardians of the Children Racine Chapter to help children overcome child abuse
